Claire and her Wii

Claire had her first post-hospital doctor's visit on Tuesday. She gained another 3 oz to bring her up to 7lbs 4 ozs. She is still not quite back up to her birth weight, but she is going great. The doctor commented on how well she was doing and couldn't get over how strong she was for a newborn. She must be getting her super strength from Daddy.

Claire also got her first taste of bliss on Tuesday. Her uncle Matt brought down his Nintendo Wii. She is a gamer in the making. I think maybe her Mom and Great-Aunt Sheri enjoyed the Wii even more than Daddy.

 

 

 

 

Sheri even said she would get Claire her own Wii if she continued to sleep in her own bed without too much fussing. I think Daddy is going to have to help motivate her.

 

 

Some more of my family came to visit on Sunday and we had a chance to snap another 4 generation picture.

 

My brother Greg even got a chance to hold Claire. He didn't even drop her! As a matter of fact, she was totally fine. I guess he was scared for nothing.
